2. Licence & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content. You do not own the copyright. Resale or redistribution of the original file is strictly prohibited. You must choose the appropriate licence type when purchasing:

Standard Licence

  • General commercial use is permitted
  • Up to 500,000 prints or digital impressions
  • Use in social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials is allowed
  • Use in products for resale (e.g. merchandise, templates, or print-on-demand) is not allowed
  • Editorial and advertising use is permitted
  • Not permitted for use in logos, trademarks, or AI datasets

Extended Licence

  • Includes all terms from the Standard Licence
  • Unlimited print or digital impressions
  • Use in products for resale is allowed
  • Includes use in marketing, editorial, and advertising
  • Not permitted for use in logos, trademarks, or AI datasets

Buyout Licence (price varies, contact us to enquire)

  • Exclusive use of the content during the licence duration
  • Extended Licence rights are included
  • Ideal for campaigns or branding requiring exclusivity
  • For pricing and terms, please contact us directly before use

3. Payment & Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location and business status.

Customers outside the UK are not subject to VAT.
Invoices will be automatically issued upon purchase via our payment provider.

4. Delivery

All digital files are delivered instantly after successful payment.
If you do not receive your file, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been made.
If you experience a technical issue or believe you've been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Monkey Business Images Ltd.
You may not falsely claim ownership or imply endorsement by Monkey Business Images or the people featured.

7. Use Restrictions

You may not use content:

  • In defamatory, unlawful, or misleading ways
  • In a logo or trademark
  • For AI training datasets unless explicitly licensed for that purpose

For sensitive uses (e.g. politics, health, religion), editorial context must be considered, and a model release may be required.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Claims arising from misuse of content beyond licence terms
  • Third-party legal action resulting from unauthorised use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the content in question.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
