1. Digital Products Only

All products sold through our store are digital downloads (photos and videos). Because these are intangible goods that cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are considered final.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure that you review the product details and licensing terms before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions & Support

If you experience any of the following, we’re happy to help:

  • You purchased a file in error and have not yet downloaded it

  • The file is corrupted or does not match the description

  • You encounter a technical issue during download or checkout

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file if needed.
